Order was delivered with a missing part
I ordered Evenflo Shyft DualRide Travel System with Carryall Storage and the set consisted of the car seat, stroller, carrying bag, and the car seat base. However, the car seat base was missing from the box. I tried to report the problem to customer service, but no one replied to me

Resolved: Not receiving help to fix an order.
- Ordered Caraway cookware set but got Graco playpen.
- Needs return label and correct item or refund; five days of replies; policy asks for pictures.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. after PayPal got ahold of rebel and they filed for a refund.
and i finally got my refund o today 03/03/2026.
don't buy from rebel they are quick to sell but won't answer emails when things don't go the right way. there listed phone is a joke they answer with a message and tell you to use the email in which they don't respond to.
when I was first interested in the item that I was about to order I had contacted them by email, and they were johnny on the spot to answer and explained to me that I was ordering the right item. so then the wrong item was delivered, and I tried to contact them by email no response to fix the issue so that I could get the right item.
no help I tried calling the number that pay pal and the one you guys gave me. yep phone number 10 call no answer. it took almost 6 days .
not long after I contacted paypal. to get an emal.
and yet no help. you all sent me the wrong item I ordered a set of Caraway cook ware and you all sent me a Graco baby play pen, what do i need to do to get a return label and get the right item or my full reimbursement. I tried to go on your return policy, but you all want pictures of the item.
if you look at the picture the carrier that delivered sent you, you can see its the wrong item. why is it so difficult to talk to someone by phone when you all cant even help through email.

Product problem and no customer support
- Item arrived unboxed; after an hour of assembly I found two duplicate crib end pieces.
- There is no customer service on weekends.
Receive my item unboxed it spent an hour putting it together and realized that I had two duplicate pieces for the ends of the crib. I was putting together there is no way to fix it.
There is no customer service on the weekends. I would say probably the majority of the customers who order from this site are putting together pieces like this on the weekend and you dont offer customer service thats a real problem.

I ordered 3 identical car seats for my son based on their Consumer Reports rating and the enticement of an introductory price. We have received 2 identical car seats, and are waiting on the confirmation that the third is on its way.
So far, we have heard crickets. Nothing. Nada. Zip.
The first 2 deliveries I would rate excellent. This third one seems to be beyond their abilities. I am waiting for wha the company can do as I write this review.
